Chicken and Rice Casserole

This is another family fav that is quick and easy.

3 Cups of shredded rotisserie chicken with out skin
1 Can of Cream of Celery
2 Cans of French Style Green Beans
1 Diced sauteed onion
1 Pkg Uncle Ben's Ready Wild Rice
1 Cup of Mayo
2 Cups of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Saute onion with olive oil or a little butter.
2. Mix all the ingredients, except cheese, together in a large bowl.
3. Spray baking dish with Pam and pour all ingredients, except cheese into the dish.  Sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

This is great leftovers which is always a big plus for us!!  I hope you enjoy and if you find a way to make it any better, please share your tasty ideas.
